Kforce Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO. The candidate will perform call center duties such as answer incoming calls and respond to emails/tickets in support of various job responsibilities related to customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or Business preferred

  • Detail and team oriented; Quick learner and self-motivated

  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills (efficient typing skills) with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction

  • Able to obtain and record thorough and accurate customer feedback and data

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred

  • Willingness and ability to work varied hours

  • Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift
