Kforce Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO.Essential Duties:

  • Ongoing maintenance of customer master data in SAP and ancillary systems (IRD, SalesForce, MDM, etc.) in support of the US Commercial organization (chemical, branded seed, and licensed seed businesses)

  • Accountable for providing high quality master data, utilizing customer master audit reports, control measures, and independent research to proactively identify and resolve issues

  • Drive best practices and process improvements for data management based on investigation/analysis and solicited feedback, including updates to audit and training materials

  • Manage small data projects within and outside the team

  • Research, append, and remove duplicate customer records

  • Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers

  • Assist with writing documentation as needed for customer master training, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly

  • Ability to multi-task and seamlessly switch gears from task to task throughout the day

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based environment

  • Attention to detail, diligence, and focus on quality and productivity for the task at hand

  • Timeliness and accuracy of data input to support operational excellence and our freedom to operate

  • Understanding of key business processes (credit, accounts receivable, and/or order-to-cash) and supporting information systems/databases

  • Critical thinking to solve issues that arise and grounded judgment to ensure appropriate action is taken
