Your Role

You’re an organized individual who knows how to support social and digital content efforts. While you will report into the Marketing team, you will also support the sales, carrier, and recruiting teams. Your focus will be on management on content, campaigns, supporting events and production needs. From planning to development to deployment, you are a facilitator of marketing assets and capable of executing full-scale campaigns across an omni-channel syndication. Most importantly, you will develop relationships with the sales teams, manage deliverables, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, deliverables, and daily/weekly deadlines

  • Facilitate content from processed assets to final deliverables,—keeping it organized on the server and final asset library

  • Traffic content, pulling relevant messaging through all communication channels/assets/activities

  • Managing and maintaining a comprehensive content/editorial calendar with a heavy focus on blogs, videos, and technical content for ongoing deployment

  • Researching topics, trends, and insights that support editorial content and the overall business

  • Working with internal and external resources, drive regular content creation

  • Track content KPIs and analyze content performance against marketing goals to help inform and optimize strategy


  • Must excel in a team-based environment, while delivering independent results

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

  • Work full time (Mon. to Fri.), and based on the needs of the business

  • Must be self-motivated and bring a can-do attitude to the job


  • B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of marketing and content-creation experience

  • Experience with search engine optimization tactics

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a PLUS
