Cloud Services Process Design Engineer

Location: Remote Texas (Round Rock Area Preferred)

What you’ll achieve

As a Process Design Engineer that directly supports Global Services revenue plans in the areas of Managed and Cloud businesses. As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the comprehensive business processes design for service offers and sustaining solutions.

You will:

  • Defines and solves for end-to-end optimal business processes designs during the development and updates of Service Offers within the Cloud & Managed Services Delivery Organization

  • Analyzes Offer / Product requirements, documents as-is and to-be business processes as well as workflow diagrams and charts, designs appropriate processes, and then recommends system controls & protocols /policies.

  • Identifies Processes and Technologies or Capabilities requirements and correlates those activities within the business process flows and the Product Strategy

  • Develop and support validation of the future state experience by completing User Acceptance Testing and other validation activities

  • Employs Product Development processes / Lean Six Sigma methodology and support governance practices in compliance with the business policy in support of ISO requirements

  • Contributes to the establishment of program KPI / goals and objectives

  • Prepare and deliver executive updates across functional groups and stakeholders on program design summaries, status, and needs including risk / gap identification

Essential Requirements

  • 12-15 years of professional experience in Process Engineering, Process Design or similar role within the technology industry with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years with a Master’s Degree or commensurate experience

  • Ability to facilitate process & procedural mapping reviews with a cross functional teams

  • Capability to make very complex concepts simple and intuitive and the ability to influence/sell ideas and present alternatives in a convincing fashion to a

  • Business Process BPMN Language fluency and/or ARIS process tool knowledge

Desirable Requirements

  • Background in Quality /Six Sigma preferred

  • Experience in Cloud, Managed Service Delivery & Services Operations
