Sr. Industrial Engineer needed w/Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and one (1) year experience as Sr. Industrial Engineer or Industrial Engineer performing following job duties: Oversee bidirectional tracing of faulty lots from suppliers. Develop SOPs for new accounts. Analyze sales data of products and predict future demand using SQL queries while procuring a product/family of products from brands. Classify and maintain SKU attributes on Microsoft Dynamics GP and Accellos WMS to reduce the variance. Oversee logistic operations and make sure that they are being efficient to save costs. Oversee product slotting and stock transfers between pca warehouses and third-party warehouses to minimize unnecessary movements and discrepancies. Place purchase orders based on requirements and update incoming products to the inventory after quality check. Confer with freight forwarders in the USA, Europe and other parts of the world to import purchases from famous fashion brands. Monitor the current stock levels of 5000 SKUs based on the rate of sales, identify the right vendor for current requirements and make a report of what needs to be replenished.
