In our Infrastructure division - Water team, we’re empowering our clients to deliver smarter, more sustainable, and more affordable solutions for tomorrow. As we continue to advance service offerings to our clients, we have a ‘cross-sector’ team of specialists whose objective is to work with our clients to help improve decision-making in their organizations. We have an excellent opportunity for a Stakeholder Manager – Saudi National to be part of the Water team in Riyadh. Your responsibilities and duties will be as follows: * Building and maintaining a network of industry partners, public authorities, government and key decision who will help facilitate the successful completion of the project. * Maintaining communication with external stakeholders and peers to remain knowledgeable about current emerging stakeholder issues and trends, legal precedents and changes in the regulatory environment, industry precedents and practices and to look for ways to work cooperatively towards common goals. * Playing a key role in effectively resolving the critical physical interface issues between the project objectives and existing utilities by facilitating effective working relationships between governmental or semi-governmental bodies (ministries, authorities, schools, municipality, water & electricity operators, telecom operators…). * Provides comprehensive advice to the Project team in the administration of relevant stakeholder and communications standards, process and tools, including managing risks, issues and reporting to achieve key objectives and the escalation of performance and management issues. * Support the Project Managers with coordinating and tracking stakeholder requirements across infrastructure / environmental and water projects. * Coordinate and manage the stakeholder and authorities’ requirements within the team and similarly communicate the team requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders. * Well versed with the authority standards and requirements in KSA. * Prepare and update the stakeholder management plan and associated stakeholder matrices. * Capable of reporting on authority liaison related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets). * Aware of NOC process; Liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals; Attend coordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to the design team; Track utilities NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time. * Coordination with the Client dealings (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in KSA for all technical queries and issues. * Support the project change management, advising project team on impacts related to stakeholder and establishing the necessary steps for change -related to stakeholders- and monitoring pre- and post-change activities to ensure successful implementation. * Responsibility to support company projects across Saudia Arabia. You will have the opportunity to participate in client meetings so that you can get a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements and brief which will allow you to successfully coordinate and manage the multi-disciplinary consulting teams.

Here’s what you’ll need :

As a successful candidate you will have a degree in engineer/equivalent degree with previous experience as a Stakeholder Manager so that you are knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the permits and approval process for various projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders. * Proven experience in dealing and liaising with government authorities in KSA. * Must be a self-starter, creative, and able to work closely with senior representatives. * Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse project team with demanding schedule, budgetary, safety, quality, and coordination objectives. * Proven experience in innovation and process optimization. * Good time management ability and competence in prioritising tasks and workload. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic and English). * Professional level in using MS Office Suite is a must.
