SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION
The Solution Value Advisor for S/4HANA SWAT is part of the EMEA South COO organization and serves our customers and engages the regional SAP teams and the ecosystem with the best practices, references and the right expertise to scale and accelerate the success of SAP S/4HANA .
We do so by supporting the following initiatives in the region:
Drive a Cloud First strategy for S/4HANA – Define and drive growth plans with partners and SAP sales teams on selling S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud
Define demand generation plan and taking the responsibility for R4Q pipeline for S/4HANA Cloud
Supports the regional LOB COEs and IAs to grow the sales pipeline and drive sustainable solution revenue
Grow S/4HANA Public Cloud business across target industry and geographic segments
Facilitate build-up of the ecosystem for S/4HANA Cloud Core Applications
Become an integral member of the one MOVE initiative
Drive syndication of best practice programs, tools, methods and processes within the region to accelerate profitable performance and market penetration
Localization of global campaigns with global and field marketing and execution
Customer events and deal support in critical and transformational deals.
Support rollout of new products and commercial models
Planning of local field enablement and support execution
Scale with partners – partner enablement and GTM support
As an individual contributor aligned to EMEA South region, the role requires the individual to work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results.
The success in the core functions will be measured by
S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud pipeline health and quality- value and volume deals
Contribution to the success with Move (Sales) Targets which will also drive S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud pipeline
SW Revenue/ ACV from new solutions/ innovations
SW Revenue/ ACV from new markets (sectors, geographies, segments)
SW Revenue/ ACV from (new) routes to market
Pipeline Conversion Rate and Forecast Accuracy
How we ensure NNN Success and energise Dormant customers
How we scale innovation based engagements
Contribution to the success of the ecosystem and customers as a S/4HANA Solution Expert- Lead and support strategic S/4HANA pursuits and engagements in the region.
EXPERIENCE (Role Requirements)
Bachelor or Master degree, MBA degree is advantageous
10 years of professional working experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Consulting environment
Experience in program planning and / or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets
Experience in sales processes, sales operations and business development
Experience in working closely with Senior Management/Executive Level
Passion, ability to work under pressure, high level of initiative, dedicated to taking responsibility and ensuring quality are essential
International working experience
Fluent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are advantageous
