EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to join our team for an exciting transportation project. The position will play a key role in facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and the public. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the development and implementation of the Public Outreach Communication Plan Attend meetings with external stakeholders and assist as necessary Attend construction meetings to provide outreach input Develop communication materials, such as newsletters, flyers, social media posts, and online content, to provide updates and information about the project Assist with public meetings to address community concerns, document discussions, and follow up on necessary actions Draft email responses and meeting recaps Coordinate logistics for project meetings Participate in client and public meetings
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field Previous experience in community outreach, public engagement, or communications, preferably related to transportation construction projects Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work both independently and within a team Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
