Required qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Insurance industry (mandatory)

• Proven experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst, Requirements engineer or Product owner

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset & attention to details

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills with project team and all levels of management

• Very detail and result oriented personality with the ability to identify dependencies efficiently

• Excellent written and oral English skills

• Ability to go on business trips on a regular basis

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Previous experience with large scale software implementation projects as SME or Business analyst

• Experience with Change Management, LEAN or Design Thinking methodologies

• Experience with cross-platform integrations

• Degree in computer science would be considered as advantage

• Previous experience within CRM/ERP system implementation projects (i.e. Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

Key responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at a high and detail level, ensure effective handover to the development team

• Develop detailed use cases, User stories, wireframes, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature

• Support the team on day-to-day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements

• Actively look for ways to improve requirements gathering and collaboration process within the project

• Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation and slicing
