The Boeing Company Estimating & Pricing Specialist in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania

The Estimating and Pricing Team is looking for an Estimating and Pricing Specialists out of Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work to formulate labor and material estimates for over and above claims to the U.S. Government customers

  • Develop estimates to be compliant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

  • Present estimates to Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Leaders for review and approval

  • Build working relationships with various functions

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, finance, or business

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

  • 3+ years experience with Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)

  • 3+ years experience with proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Masters degree in mathematics, data analytics, finance, or business

  • Proposal experience in aerospace industry

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
