PS Lifestyle District Leader- Senior Community Salons in Richmond, Virginia

Location: Richmond, VA 23220

Required Experience:

  • Progressively responsible in retail (1-2 years)

  • Managing teams through leadership and coaching (2-3 years)

  • Multi-unit and retail-salon management experience required (2-3 years)

  • Licensed hair stylist (required)

  • Compensation:

  • Salary $ 48,000- $52,000 based on skill and experience

  • Potential for quarterly bonus

  • Full-time benefit eligible (Medical/Vision/Dental/Critical/Accident and illness)

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage the overall operations of multiple salons independently

  • Ability to provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities

  • Ability to set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and model teamwork

  • Ability to provide employees with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams

  • Ability to utilize and demonstrate effective leadership principles and practices to create an environment where employees are valued and respected

  • Ability to lead by example and follow sales process to fully execute each step and ensure extraordinary customer experiences

  • Knowledge of retail industry operations

  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal

  • Organization and planning skills in a customer service and sales focused environment

  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment

  • Leadership skills and team building skills

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly - up to 80% travel
