Job Description

  • Supports 1-2 work streams within larger projects or programs. Reports to: Program, Enterprise Program Consultant, or Sr. Enterprise Consultant.

  • Supports one or more larger change initiatives. Establishes personal engagement agreement with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); facilitates shared meaning and commitment to goals. Deploys change tools to drive adoption of new behaviors. Supports definition of change plan milestones and deliverables, and manages assignments to completion.

  • Supports accomplishment of project outcomes and ensures achievement of benefits. Documents and produces organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.

  • Helps define, track and communicate progress against behavioral adoption and sustainment success measures. Manages issues and risks, tracking escalation and resolution.

  • Management and coordination of photo equipment hardware deployments

  • Scheduling of delivery and installation with multiple vendor partners and internal teams

  • Confirmation of deliveries, both equipment and consumables

  • Validation of readiness from all teams completing prerequisite work (where applicable)

  • Training – including documentation, creation/enhancement, verification of completion and execution at a store level

  • Escalations and troubleshooting

  • Validation of system implementation- equipment functionality, heartbeat check, training verification

  • Post installation validation– stores status of complete functionality, resolution of outstanding issues, assisting in program growth initiatives

  • Reporting

  • Weekly updates to leadership

  • Daily status reports

  • Presenting monthly executive updates

  • Photo Project Representation

  • Cross Functional execution and management between various departments and technical groups GQM, POMs, Store Design, IMO , Field Services and Operations teams support (internal WAG systems- training provided)

  • Internal and External representation at all ongoing meeting

  • Project spend verification and reporting

  • Reporting on project spend from each of the partners involved in the project

  • Verification on accruals vs plan

  • Overage reporting

  • Data analysis

  • Post conversion store success Ad Hoc Responsibility

  • Data analysis for various programs on a as needed basis o Results from analysis will be used to make decisions on program structure and feasibility

  • Training documentation support

  • Online resource portal relaunch design development, validation, and testing

  • No coding experience needed

    Requirements

  • Applicant will need to have high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. The ideal candidate will bring focus and precision to the details of the program requirements and deployment.

  • The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in a detailed features meeting, working with business partners on program roadmaps, and speaking to large groups of internal stakeholders and customers in the role of subject matter expert

  • Applicant will need to highly detailed, have the ability to speak with various teams both internal and external partners, along with being able to prepare and present at executive level leadership when applicable.

  • Project has high visibility and at peak of conversions will have a very high volume of moving pieces that need to manage which could attribute to a high-pressure level.

  • Applicant should be self-driven and analytical with the ability to problem solve and make improvements throughout the project to improve the overall program. role that requires excellent collaboration & listening skills to effectively work with and influence store leaders and support teams at large.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in Change Management with a strong preference for someone with experience in the Photo space and/or retail environment No- Experience in the photo industry would be a very big plus .

  • 2 years' experience in primary discipline (project management, change management or business analysis.) Strong communication skills (written, verbal and facilitation.) Proficient technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio). Experience in a large global consumer-oriented business in the retail industry and/or a multi-channel/multi-brand business. Formal education in one or more disciplines (project management, change management, business analysis, or business process re-engineering.)

  • Education Required: H.S. diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, MIS, operations or related field.
