Description Culligan of Regina, a Culligan franchise, is seeking out an individual with passion for technical stuff. Candidate must have technical experience to Install Culligan Water products in the field, along with removals. The Installers goal is to provide the maximum amount of service to clients in order to exceed customer expectations. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum one/two year of related or technical experience required. 2. Basic knowledge of water softening and drinking water systems is an asset. 3. Mechanically Inclined 4. Plumbing experience would be an asset 5. Analytical problem solving skills 6. Excellent customer service, problem solving, oral and written communication and organizational skills required. 7. High school diploma or GED. 8. Valid Drivers License and good driving record. Class 5 required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Overall Professional Expectations 1. Customer focus and good customer relationships are the first and foremost expectation. 2. Maintains a work schedule that accommodates completion of tasks within the position description and Company needs. 3. Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate implementation of Company policies, procedures, and Team Member Handbook information. 4. Demonstrates tact and courtesy during contact and communication with others. 5. Demonstrates good problem solving in dealing with emergency needs and unusual occurrences. 6. Demonstrates initiative and good decision-making PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to sit for periods up to two hours or more. * Ability to stand, reach, and bend for up to 8 hours. Use of stairs. * Ability to push, pull or otherwise move objects. * Ability to finger, grasp, and use tools and equipment. * Physical ability for this position is considered heavy exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally. Over 100 pounds assisted. Ability to move 250 pounds assisted. WORK HOURS: Generally Monday – Friday, 8:00 am –4:30 pm. Position requires participation in ‘On-call’ rotation schedule for non-business hour emergencies, by phone and follow-up service if required. SALARY: $18-$25/hr. depending on experience
