Our services include end-to-end support for cloud, digital, data analytics, multi-language translation, and testing.Responsibilities *Draft and distribute field licensing disclosures, which may include coordinating messaging and timing with cross-team stakeholders (PMMs, Business Planners, BG Leads, Licensing Executives, Commercial Solutions Executives, Commercial Licensing Leads, Field & Partner teams, and Operations/Support teams). *Represent SCI+M Licensing Readiness work stream for launches, including attending v-team syncs and providing any necessary progress reports. *Develop licensing readiness materials for product launches ensuring all key stakeholders contribute to, review, and approve materials prior to publishing. *Creation, management, on-going maintenance and publishing of SCI+M licensing assets (ie: PPTs, FAQs, Licensing Briefs). *Develop quarterly reporting on trends and feedback from the field based on data from LicenseQ and Yammer Communities (LicenseQ is a team that answers licensing questions - Client internal and limited external partner). *Assist with the management of the Client's Licensing News site and Yammer community by posting relevant field announcements and answering corresponding field questions when appropriate. *Help identify and drive process improvements for SCI+M Licensing Readiness. *Develop licensing subject matter expertise to help address ad hoc escalations and Yammer questions that are out of scope for LicenseQ. Qualifications *Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications or related field preferred). *Independent worker/self-starter. *A strong sense of organization and time/deadline management with strict attention to detail. *Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. *Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. *Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically. *Experience using Microsoft products (Microsoft Office Suite). *Thrives in a supportive and fast-paced team environment *Global mindset and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
