Plan, initiate, and manage technology and business projects. Guide the work of technical staff. Understand business requirements, create and sell the program or project vision and strategy, and perform scoping, planning, and scheduling.? Mitigate risk, implement process efficiency, and manage results metrics. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Proactively coordinate and integrate scope change initiatives for programs as well as custom partner deals. Take appropriate action on gaps and redundancies across disciplines, and escalate to senior management as appropriate.?Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%. Minimum Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. -5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience managing or planning business processes for technology related operations, systems, projects, and/or tools. -This position also requires Education or Experience in: Portfolio management by analysing the intake, execution, issues, risks across the portfolio and publishing newsletters and status reporting to senior leadership; Problem solving using analytical tools; Strategic thinking by program planning ahead based on analyzing the impact on cross group plans and outcomes using analytical tools and planner; Risk management by analyzing, assessing, controlling, reviewing, identifying risk mitigation and contingency plans and regularly monitoring /reporting to senior leadership; Project Management; Decision making by evaluating process and standards compliance/privacy/finance/ROI/resources requirements; and Program retrospection by identifying best practices and lessons learnt from the program execution. -Requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.
