Compensation Range:$69,000-$90,000 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in cultivating EnerSys culture as a great place to work, through effective employee listening and HR communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at gathering and analyzing employee feedback, implementing actionable improvements, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all HR functions, and driving an inclusive and engaging employee experience strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Listening: Develop and execute comprehensive employee feedback initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews. Analyze feedback data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues. Work closely with HR and leadership teams to translate feedback into actionable insights and improvements. HR Communication: Partner with Communications, Social Media, and Brand to carry out a structured communication strategy that ensures consistency across all HR messages and channels. Craft clear, engaging, and coherent communication materials related to HR policies, programs, and initiatives. Develop and maintain communication guidelines to ensure alignment with the company's values and culture. Coordinate with HR teams to ensure all employee communications are integrated and aligned with broader organizational objectives. Establish and maintain an organized system for tracking and managing HR communications and employee feedback. Implement best practices for communication to ensure messages are delivered effectively and efficiently to all employees. Oversee the production and distribution of HR newsletters, updates, and other communications to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination. Employee Engagement: Create and promote engagement programs and activities that resonate with employees and foster a positive workplace environment. Monitor the impact of engagement initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and engagement metrics. Collaborate with various departments to integrate engagement efforts and align them with organizational goals. Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions on effective communication practices, action planning, and employee engagement. Support HRBP's and managers in developing their communication skills and enhancing their ability to manage employee relations. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on employee feedback, communication effectiveness, and engagement metrics to leadership. Utilize data-driven ins ghts to inform employee listening and HR communication strategies and make recommendations for improving employee experience and HR practices. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all employee experience and HR communication practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and HR communication to keep the organization competitive and relevant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience. 2-5 years of experience in HR, or a similar role, with a focus on employee listening/feedback and HR communications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting clear and cohesive messages. Proven ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive situations with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS systems, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously. TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 25%.
