Stantec are looking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to join our busy multidisciplinary team in London. Our portfolio of clients and services is expanding, and as such we are looking to add further experience to our team to support our aspirational growth plans.

Our busy multi-disciplinary team work on a diverse range of projects and we are looking for someone to strengthen our Information Management services through the use and application of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Joining an established team of BIM & Digital Practitioners you will be responsible for delivering upon our bespoke BIM / Information Management services to our key clients whilst at the same time provide support to our existing team of engineers and technicians by helping to drive the development and implementation of emerging technology and digital processes.
Your projects will cross a range of building types, requiring challenging design problem solving and creative thinking. Projects include large and small scale new-build developments, as well as work on renovation/remodelling and historic buildings.

You will have a HNC or degree qualification in a related field.
You will have a good understanding of Information Management according to ISO19650 standards and requirements, the necessary skills and experience to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders where you will be working closely with clients, and other professional staff across multi-disciplinary project teams. Strong knowledge and a practical application of UK Industry BIM Standards and the UK BIM Framework. Prior experience of project production/delivery is necessary.
You will be experienced in the evaluation and review of client Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs) and the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) that enable teams to collaboratively deliver multi-disciplinary buildings projects, be proficient in the application of BIM authoring tools and the use of Autodesk Revit. Experienced in Autodesk Navisworks, specifically in model federation, clash detection and reporting. Knowledge of issue tracking software like Revizto is also advantageous. You will have good working knowledge of industry Common Data Environment platforms such as Aconex, Asite, BIM 360 etc. Knowledge of Construction Operations Buildings Information Exchange (COBie) is required as well as model and data validation.
