PositionTax Line Set up/Tax Line Audit Processor
This role understands and follows Lender Business Rules and manages their pipeline, ensuring the lender's Service Level Agreement is not compromised. Our ideal candidate will maneuver through a variety of systems with an understanding of data history and workflows and advise of any unusual circumstances or requirements that could impact the Service Level Agreement. This position will research and process inquiries, tasks and escalated requests.
To ensure accurate and timely completion of tax line information on the customer’s servicing system for bulk acquisitions and new customer conversion files in accordance with conversion commitment schedules. To satisfy audit exceptions in accordance with conversion exception guidelines and schedules.
Tax Line Set up/Audit:
Analyzes data received from servicer to complete tax line data elements on customer’s servicing system.
Performs research and resolution for assigned and or written correspondence.
Performs research and assignment of taxing authorities and assist with the update of the agency cross reference tables for conversions.
Ensures service levels are meet with the completion of tax line data within the servicing platform.
Performs quality management or other special assignments as requested.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one to three years experience with tax agencies, tax searching methods as well as loan servicing procedures within assigned area that is consistent with branch service level or above.
