? Strong understanding of Celergo application and the implementation eco- system ? Participates in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for international payroll management and client services for the first 3-6 months of initial start date. ? Assists with internal projects and working alongside other departments to achieve companywide goals while training on Celergo?s processes and protocols. ? Works effectively within the team to ensure all department deadlines and payroll deadlines are met. ? Responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, reconcile and verify payroll data. ? Strong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with international team members. ? Responsible for system Implementation of new and existing clients, keeping client specific implementation documentation up to date ? Works with the assigned ADP project team and client requirements to ensure the accuracy and overall effectiveness of the data conversion. ? Receives and modifies files, evaluates data, and balances any quantitative data to client provided totals. ? Continuously identifies ways to improve quality and assist team in implementing the quality initiatives ? Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP Platform and work with other Teams/Team members to resolve them ? Ensure that the client data is built on ADP system in accordance with defined needs (in liaison with Implementation Specialists and / or by defined procedure as applicable ? Works closely with colleagues and BU partners to identify, learn and develop new tools to enhance the -process. ? Proficient in MS Excel ? Good verbal/written communication skills ? Very good Analytical / Problem solving and decision-making skills ? Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated ? Utilize the non-peak time effectively to prepare for the challenges of peak period. This includes upskilling on the multiple tasks performed in data conversion ##LI-DNI
