Somerset County Commissioners Emergency Communications Dispatcher- Basic in Princess Anne, Maryland
This is a responsible, full-time position at the Somerset County 911/ Communications Center where the employee will be expected to receive 911 emergency calls, dispatch fire, emergency medical services, police and/or transfer calls to the appropriate agency. The employee should be experienced in performing clerical duties and computer functions. All applicants must pass a complete and thorough background investigation; and are required to successfully pass a complete and thorough background investigation; and are required to successfully pass a drug test and psychological evaluation. Requirements:The successful applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to type 30 WPM, and have a Valid Driver's License.
