Aerotek General Production Worker in Prescott, Wisconsin

Description:

This person will be in 1 of 2 areas: laminates or circuits.

Laminates: Candidates who work in laminates need to have high attention to detail. They will be handling 2’x2’ circuit boards made with laminate, copper, and other materials, weighing up to 10lbs. Candidates will be cross trained into the different areas. There will be stations following the manufacturing of the circuit boards. Candidates will be feeding the different machines the circuit boards which will either add another level of material onto the circuit board, or cover it with plastic for protections. Throughout the entire process, ALL CANDIDATES will be required to visual inspect, looking for any blemishes, defeats or holes. This is position requires candidates to wear multiple hats and have high attention to detail.

Circuits: Candidates who work in the Circuit section will be more focused on one machine. This position still requires a high level of attention to detail. The circuit’s process is much more automated and is used for the high quality circuit boards. Throughout the entire process, ALL CANDIDATES will be required to visual inspect, looking for any blemishes, defeats or holes. This is position requires candidates to wear multiple hats and have high attention to detail.
