Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
HR Generalist with German
Poznań,Poland
HR Generalists Provide professional service for internal customers within regional HR processes by responding to transactional and process requests (You will act as a 1st line support and administrator for employees).
Your responsibilities:
Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support and drive transactional services and data quality, making sure appropriate and timely completion of all required system and process steps, and document preparation.
Assist with maintaining documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR data changes
Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to ensure up to date process and resolve issues.
Deliver high quality customer service.
Our requirements:
Min. bachelor’s degree
Very good knowledge of English language
Communicative knowledge of German language
Have analytical skills and customer service mind-set
Willingness to develop within the field of HR
Be capable to work independently and as a team member
Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Nice to have:
Experience in HR/HR Services, Customer Service or Administration
Experience in process or project management
Experience in data analysis
