Aerotek Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Portland, Oregon

Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a Global Sportswear company in Portland! Position will be remote.

Pay: $32/hr-$34/hr DOE

Duration: 6 Month Contract


  • Provides proactive, targeted, direct sourcing and pipelining for most critical roles and high turnover areas (likely lives inside the team pod that supports e-commerce/ technology roles).

  • Doesn’t carry REQs but is aligned to a job family (families) and profiles, focuses 100% on sourcing and screening – not involved in interviewing or closing.

  • Advanced Sourcing and Screening, Passive Candidate Engagement, Diversity sourcing, Advanced Sourcing Tools Expertise.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR recruitment based role.

  • Experience sourcing and finding candidates for various roles, utilizing multiple channels prospecting

  • Full cycle recruitment not a requirement for this position, but a plus.
