Aerotek Material Handler in PORTLAND, Oregon

We are seeking experienced production and/or warehouse associates to join our team at our chemical manufacturing company. No direct contact or handling of chemicals required in this position. Regular job duties include:

• Assist with material handling for production, packaging, and labeling finished large product for shipping.

• Shop cleanup and general shop help.

• Operate production machinery that treats paper products with chemical components

• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials.

• Regular lifting 25-50 pounds.

$18 to start. Training will be on day shift Monday-Friday and move to graveyard shift following. Graveyard shift will be a 4 on, 4 off schedule from 7pm-7am.

Must be flexible with hours during first month for training schedule. This is a long-term job opportunity with regular pay increases and full benefits package, including health and dental, 401k, paid vacation, and education assistance.


-6 months-1 year of manufacturing experience

-Sit-down forklift experience

-Various pre-employment screenings

-High school diploma or GED

-Good attitude!
