- 2 to 4 years of financial experience
Ensuring accurate and efficient perfection of automotive titles for lending partners.
Verifying and auditing loan and title documents for accuracy while monitoring accounts for “red flags” or potential fraud.
Managing the Title Check Queue.
Providing outstanding customer service (during outbound/inbound calls and while responding to voicemails, emails, and text messages to obtain missing documentation), meeting service level agreements, and de-escalating situations.
