ENTRY LEVEL - Customer Service Rep - WORK FROM HOME!!Entry Level Customer Service Rep - Work From Home!! Description:

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.

  • Provides customer service by responding to reservation requests and customer inquiries/requests.

  • Responsible for handling a variety of call types and situations with the emphasis on Customer Service and sales.

  • Provide quality customer service and complete hotel booking process

Entry Level Customer Service Rep Job Requirements:

  • Must have high speed internet (Cox/Century Link)

  • Possess fluency in English. Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Must be able to hit or exceed goals pertaining to conversion rate, attendance, talk-time, quality.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Must be computer literate and able to type at least 25 words per minute

  • Entry Level Customer Service Rep Shifts: (Must be willing to work any 8 hour shift between these hours!)

  • AM Shift: 4:00am - 4:30pm (Sun-Sat)

  • MID Shift: 8:30am - 8:30pm (Sun-Sat)

  • PM Shift: 12:30pm - Midnight (Sun- Sat)

Must live in Arizona
