Welcome, and thanks for your interest! The Sr. ISC Analytics Specialist is a critical role for high visibility projects to digitize processes within Honeywell’s manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will interact with a variety of global stakeholders to collect, interpret, and deliver business and technical requirements daily. We’re interested in someone who will challenge what’s “normal,” and works well in a team environment.
Function as a core member of an Agile team driving user story definitions, elaboration, design, testing, and development of software. Manage story investigation and root cause analysis.
Support engagement process and requirements gathering working with business stakeholders and technology partners to define clear set of requirements, prioritize, set up timelines, define acceptance criteria and gain alignment where necessary.
Provide production support and assisted in monitoring, researching, and resolving issues raised by users for application. Develop, maintain, and enhance product documentation, and create training videos. Educate partner groups on business logic.
Monitor development and acceptance testing progress by tracking activity, managing dependencies, resolving problems, publishing status reports, recommending actions and escalating appropriately.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency and productivity through increased standardization and automation to reduce manual effort.
Quickly identify issues and risks as well as possible solutions and mitigation plans.
Facilitate discussions across a range of participants from technical members to business partners and articulate complex logic concisely to non-technical audience members.
YOU MUST HAVE:
3+ years in project management or manufacturing leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and be an analytical thinker who is happy to make decisions
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or other technical, manufacturing, or business discipline.
Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
Project management experience, especially with Agile teams
Experience leading Kaizen, Value Stream Maps, or other Lean/6Sigma events
Thought-leadership skills with ability to influence at varying levels of cross-functional teams.
Ability to independently deliver on complex situations
Prior Honeywell or Manufacturing experience
Experience with Jira, SAP, SQL, Tableau/Power BI
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for documentation, reporting and analysis needs.
