Aerotek Electrician in Phoenix, Arizona

Description:

90% of the day will be repairing breakdowns or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, heat treat equipment and grinders. Electrician will NOT be installing new equipment or running conduit. They will be repairing existing machines by reading ladder logic and programming small changes into PLCs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of being an electrician - NOT IN A CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENT!!! - must have extensive experience working in a production environment repairing electrical breakdowns on production machinery - HSD or GED REQUIRED - Ability to lift 50+ pounds - ability to work in AC'ed and NON AC'ed environments - ability to walk and be on feet 90% of the day - Basic computer skills - Ability and willingness to interact with their customer (Honeywell) - Self motivated (this role is highly self managed)
