Aerotek Construction Helper in Phoenix, Arizona

Hello! We are currently hiring for Construction Laborers here at our TSMC Work Site in Phoenix, AZ!

Pay Rate:

$20 - $22 per hour - paid weekly.


1st shift - 6am-4:30pm.

60 hour work weeks. Monday-Saturday. Every third week, will have Saturday off.


TSMC work site - I-17 and Carefree highway - 85086.


  • Will be working at TSMC, fast paced environment.

  • Use misc. rigging equipment to install process tools and pedestals into a clean room environment while maintaining a cleanness standard exceeding a hospital operating room.

  • Employees will be expected to transport delicate equipment in an operational clean room factory with extremely tight clearances while adhering to all OSHA and customer safety standards.

  • Working on the dock which includes equipment being unloaded, uncrated, and moved into dedicated wipe down areas for installation into the clean room factory.


  • Experience in construction labor.

  • Experience using hand and power tools.

  • Rigging experience is a PLUS.

  • Ability to lift 50lbs+.

  • OSHA 10 - preferred.
