U-Haul is looking for a contact center recruiter for our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. This position will hire a variety of call center agents in work from home positions throughout the US. High volume experience and excellent organizational skills are crucial for our call center recruiters. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team in a fast paced and goal driven environment.
Must have 1 year of high-volume recruiting or call center recruiting experience
Must have strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exercise independent judgment, ability to make solid decisions to ensure a pool of best-fit, highly qualified individuals are hired
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members
Superior multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality
Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates
Willingness to work extended hours/weekends when necessary
Positive metric focused attitude
Experience with a variety of sourcing methods and job boards
Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis. U-Haul co-founders L.S. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it. Their visionary approach spread the cost of ownership among many users, facilitating the mobility of the populations of the U.S. and Canada. The covered wagon of the pioneers morphed into orange U-Haul trailers. In the process, an industry was born.
