Your role and impact

We are looking for an experienced content developer with exceptional writing skills to produce groundbreaking thought leadership content.

This person will report to the Global Head of Cash Marketing, who serves as a member of the Global Cash Management Leadership Committee. This content developer will be responsible for producing compelling collateral across various client channels and products globally. Working closely with subject-matter experts around the business, this role will be tasked with bringing the best ideas, best innovations, and best insights to life through written, digital and media-driven mediums.

The ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment. Enjoying autonomy, a blend of creative and logical application, and ultimately playing a meaningful role showcasing why our insights, our expertise, and our advice have contributed to making us one of the world's leading cash solutions providers.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop written and digital content that is clear and engaging, working both independently and in partnership with Cash Management and BlackRock thought leaders.

  • Manage editorial calendar, coordinating with sales teams across the globe to identify opportunities where thought leadership can raise awareness for Cash capabilities and drive commercial success.

  • Enrich our brand through deep understanding of cash clients, markets, and investment trends demonstrated via thoughtful, high-quality, client-centric campaigns and engaging narratives.

  • Guide workflow process with Legal and Compliance to review marketing materials and seek approvals.

  • Monitor performance of content initiatives to recommend and implement optimizations

You have

  • 3-5 years of professional content development experience at a financial services firm

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex ideas into compelling and easy-to-digest language

  • An individual dedicated to quality output, thoughtful analysis and a client-centric approach.

  • A creative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into appealing visual presentations and engaging execution to reach target audience.

  • A proactive, highly collaborative self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and deliver various projects across multiple partners simultaneously.
