DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Global Directory Services team and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Microsoft Active Directory environment. Reporting to the Head of Global Security Operations, the Leader, Global Directory Services is a VP level role that will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable directory services solutions, supporting our organization's technology infrastructure and user management needs. Successful candidates will possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and best practices, outstanding leadership abilities, and a strong track record in managing large-scale directory services operations.

Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of directory services encompassing architecture, engineering, and operations, taking ownership of the Microsoft Active Directory environment and related technologies. * Lead a team of directory services professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Design, implement, and maintain the organization's Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. * Develop and enforce directory services standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of directory services systems. * Monitor directory services performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures to optimize performance and prevent downtime. * Provide leadership in identity and access management strategies, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices. * Evaluate emerging directory services technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance operational efficiency and security. * Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality directory services solutions. * Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, participating in audits, and developing action plans to address identified areas of improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role managing directory services operations, specifically focused on Microsoft Active Directory, ideally within a large-scale enterprise environment. * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation, including Group Policies, trust relationships, and security best practices. * Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, standards, and frameworks. * Proven experience in managing and leading teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving high-performance results. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines. * Possess relevant certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. * Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex directory services issues, providing effective troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.    This job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
