The Finance Business Partner is responsible for the overall financial support to the Energy business group. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, experience in a corporate accounting environment is preferred, and good interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience: 7-10 years in finance Education: Bachelors in Finance or Accounting Travel: 5-10% Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides financial analysis and insig ht t o support business strategies for the Energy business. * Financial business partner to leadership on complex initiatives and strategic issues. * Participates in target/budget setting and ensures both short and long term goals are met. * Interprets and communicates data and information to support financial analysis and decision making, trends, causation, and risks/opportunities. * Performs financial pro forma modeling and analysis. * Assists with cash flow planning. * Leads special projects and provides ad hoc analysis as required. * Active in ongoing improvement/innovation of processes, procedures and tools. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
