Credit Cards Applications - MSR (Data Entry)

Position Details:

Training Schedule for 3weeks: Monday – Friday – 9:00AM-5:30PM EST *100% onsite for all training. *

3 Shift Hours Options After Training: 10:00AM - 7:30 PM - 12:00PM 9:00PM or 2:00PM - 11:30PM - (Monday – Saturday) or (Sunday – Friday) – Hybrid work 2 – 3 days from home!

Duration: Full Time w/Benefits 6-7 months Contract-To-Hire

Location: Must be within a 50 mile radius of Pensacola, FL

Interview: 2 Step Interview Process (Must be willing to complete Open Book Testing: Typing (40WPM), Internet basics, & Call Center.)

Job Description

• Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information.

• Route members to the appropriate departments.

• Open new accounts and educate members or potential members on products and services that best meet their needs.

• Guide members on a variety of credit card products to meet their financial needs.

• Quote interest rates and submit credit card applications.

• Service member’s existing credit cards such as performing balance transfers, cash advances, credit limit increases, discussing late fees, ordering replacements cards, closing accounts, assisting with credit card rewards and redemption, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Attendance – No time off during the 3 weeks of training!

• HS Diploma or GED required
