Title: Entry Level Accountant

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Pay: $20-$23 an hour

A Global manufacturing company is looking for an Entry Level Accountant to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties

including but not limited to, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, Provide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to payroll and billing with an emphasis on auditing, quality assurance, and controls, and much more!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support accounting related functions

• Process invoice adjustments, payroll discrepancies

• Provide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to payroll and billing with an emphasis on auditing, quality assurance, and controls

• Maintain client information such as site location, mailing and billing information in accordance with department and company policies, with an emphasis on contract review

• Create pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s within Microsoft Excel

Experience:

• 0 to 5 years of Accounting or Finance Experience

• Strong Attention to Detail

• Excel Skills
