-Talking calls from clients regarding all aspects of travel, medical care. There is no script, needs to be comfortable with follow up and research and problem solving.

-Candidates will be required to handle lengthy customer support calls from individuals traveling internationally. This position will require patience and empathy as well as problem solving and critical thinking skills.

-Candidate will be required to operate multiple computer programs while handling inbound phone calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-HS Diploma Required | BA a plus

-1 year office environment or customer centric backgrounds (non-profit, volunteer work, retail, travel support, customer service)

-Experience with airline, cruise, travel, hospitality a bonus

-Intermediate computer skills

-Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

-Tripmate will look at retail experience, but they need to be able to explain how to deal with a difficult customer in detail. Common complaints from tripmate customers: claim status is slow, denied, lesser amount.
