About the Role

This role will serve as the HR business partner to several functional areas . They will act as a coach and an advisor to front line managers and as an advocate for our associates. In partnership with their leaders, they will identify performance gaps and develop and support solutions. This role will and provide insight on people related solutions, including organization assessment, and talent planning. They will help to drive improvement in associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture. They will gain business understanding by going to GEMBA, and participating in PSP and functional Kaizen, etc.

This role provides support and guidance to our associates and our front-line leaders. They will be part of a dynamic HR team that is highly involved in the developing of strategy to address pertinent business issues. The HR team plays a key role in developing and driving the business strategy. If you are interested in doing meaningful, cutting-edge HR work, then this is the place for you!

The position will b e based in Villebon-sur-Yvette o n a Hybrid model.

Your Responsibilities

The candidate will focus their efforts in the following primary areas:

Talent Developer

  1. Lead the Veralto organization and talent processes within your client group. You will: thoroughly know the talent, advocate, and champion talent moves, support the development of future leaders, cultivate, and attract external candidates.

Consultant & Coach

  1. Based on the deep knowledge of the client group and the talent and organization priorities, provides counsel to their people leaders and teams.

  2. Ensures compliance with employee related local law, HR & Company policies. Champions Veralto/VideoJet Technologies culture and sets the tone to foster positive associate relations.

Continuous Improver

  1. Drive effective execution of talent and org priorities and gap closure within the client group through the application of VES tools, driving daily management and a continuous improvement mindset

Employee Advocate

  1. Act as an advocate for associates driving positive employee relations, supporting issues resolution, and building an impactful associate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 5 years of HR experience supporting people leaders and associates preferably in diverse industries (tech, healthcare, and manufacturing)

  • Fluency in English and French, additional language is a plus

  • Provide coaching and support to managers to enable an environment that supports a culture that enhances engagement, embraces our DE&I philosophies, and fosters inclusion. This includes coaching on employee relations matters including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policy and legal requirements

  • Support the execution of change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions and clarity of purpose.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, programs, and policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
