Description:

• Manages project budget

• Gathers proposals, blueprints, specs, etc.

• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements

• Visits various jobsites and interacts with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors to ensure proper job progress and to support and encourage safe behavior.

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

• Knowledge of state electrical code, familiar with NEC

• Manages day-to-day client interaction

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have or had a state journey wireman or master electrical license

• Experience managing projects

• Experience in construction estimating

PLUS but not required:

• Experience in healthcare projects

• Experience with low voltage (security surveillance, fire systems, voice and data, paging, etc.)

Salary:

80,000+ based on experience
