Siemens HR Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead our Human Resources Advisor team. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the HR community and business leaders, advising and influencing to take actions on employee relations and workforce solutions topics. We will consider a work location near a major Siemens office on the east coast.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead: You will lead, develop and encourage the HR Advisor team (10+ HR Advisors). You will live the Siemens Leadership Culture by supporting and leading by example a Growth Mindset. In doing-so, you will unlock the potential of your team.
Optimize: You will develop a deep understanding our internal HR systems and processes. You will connect the dots and self-identify opportunities to drive HR operational efficiency via technology and/or process improvements.
Synthesize: You will monitor key HR metrics and use that data to develop solutions. You’ll be able to tell both and organizational and a data story to our internal customers. You’ll dive into external benchmark data to ensure our HR operations are outstanding.
Partner: You’ll partner with the shared services organization and core HR teams to deliver optimized HR solutions to the business
Guide: You’ll act as point of escalation to address the most complex employee relations and/or workforce solutions challenges.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 8 years’ human resources experience demonstrating a solid understanding of multiple human resources subject areas including employee relations, workforce management and HR operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
People management experience, including a track record of developing others
Demonstrated project management skills
Self-direction and bias for action
Ability to use data to make recommendations which effectively resolve issues and/or improve operations
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven experience developing and delivering compelling presentations in PowerPoint
