Description:
Handles basic account service, helps with account access, guiding to website, checsk to make sure stock positions are transferred, cost basis etc. Guides through website to account statements. Assists with password resets online Transfer securities from other firms over and completes basic transactions Handles inbound calls to help with banking transition questions from recent acquisition, provides commonly asked information for clients moving to the new bank, Escalates complex issues or stock trading and product inquiries to a registered broker Will escalate calls needing further financial advice to financial advisors/brokers
