The RN utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in a supervised, systematic approach to the direct and indirect care of patients and their families. The RN is expected to incorporate and demonstrate the message of Mille Lacs Health Systems stated vision to be the best place to receive and give care in daily performance of duties. The RN directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age of the resident. The RN assumes responsibility and is accountable for actions taken independently and delegated by supervisors in the delivery of resident care.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current BLS certification or willing to obtain
Current licensure as an RN in Minnesota
