Colville Casinos Marketing Manager in Omak, Washington

*Summary: * This position is second in command in the Marketing Department and will sign on behalf of and lead the department in the absence of the Marketing Director. The Marketing Manager must be able to satisfy the requirements of subordinates with the ability to successfully perform job functions. Oversees and assists with development and implementation of a successful, full-scale communications program, events program, and promotions program for the 12 Tribes Colville Casinos. Additionally, the Marketing Manager assists with the data analysis for the performance of the above programs.

Essential Functions:

In-depth understanding of common marketing best practices, coordination of marketing team, and evaluation of performance.

Responsible for the management of marketing support programs and services provided to include communications, public relations, events, and promotions.

Assist the Marketing Director in market research and data analysis for performance of communications, events and promotions.

Assist the Marketing Director in marketing program goals and strategies.

Assist the Marketing Director in process management and reporting budget requirements.

Assist the Marketing Director is research, gathering data, analyzing data, and developing presentations for marketing programs and campaigns.

Assist the Marketing Director in developing marketing plans for the marketing programs and various campaigns.

Attend meetings on marketing's behalf to intake requests, provide meeting notes, and recommendations for various departments.

Communications

  • Oversee communications media contains targeted messaging, accurate information, and brand compliance internally and externally.
  • Ensure an efficient media mix of communications such as radio, newspaper, publications, TV commercials, STV, social media, digital signage, display ads, SEM, SEO, programmatic radio, billboards, email, postcards, brochures, event materials, self-mailers, high end invitations, posters, and other various signage.
  • Work with Marketing Director and media buyer agency to assist in the development and approval of traffic for media strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness of saturation and frequency.
  • Ability to execute communications duties in the absence of subordinate(s).

Public Relations

  • Create a positive public image, craft media releases for new outlets and website to shape public perception of the company and to increase awareness of our accomplishments, project updates, and crisis management.
  • Assist in the coordination of reputation management for direct feedback to department managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of sponsorships and donations for community awareness, and charitable giving.

Events

  • Oversee the types of events and entertainment, and ensure they are profitable while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a variety of events and entertainment that provide a memorable experience for guests, and the acquisition of new members.
  • Work with talent agency to assist in the development and traffic of entertainment, and strategies to ensure maximize the return on investment.
  • Maintain a presence in the community with event booths and trade shows.
  • Ability to execute events duties in the absence of subordinate(s).

Promotions

  • Oversee marketing activities, and ensure they are relevant and exciting and profitable while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all game pieces, game boards, and other promotion requirements are meant before the promotions begin.
  • Ensure proper training for the players advantage club for promotions.
  • Ability to execute promotional duties in the absence of subordinate(s).
