What you get to do every single day

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events

  • Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed

  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress

  • Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules

  • Utilizing online research tools to find information

  • Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations

  • Providing key partners with project information

  • Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support Requirements - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

  • Be detailed, flexible, and organized

    • Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required

  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Expertise in Maintain Vendor Files

  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping Functions

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Monthly Billing

  • Maintain Files experience desired

  • Approved Invoices experience highly desired

  • Construction Estimating experience

  • General familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Adeptness in Code Invoices

  • At least 1 year of business/office experience

  • Understanding of database and file management
