We are seeking an intelligence planner to support the USSTRATCOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center.

  • Provide intelligence planning functions in support of the Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell activities, as requested by the Government.

  • Support coordination on the production and relevant order of battle information.

  • Advise and assist with analyzing adversary electromagnetic spectrum operations capabilities by assessing vulnerabilities and weakness of those capabilities.

Possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the following:

  • Experience as an intelligence planner

  • Ability to characterize the Electromagnetic Operating Environment (EMOE) for USSTRATCOM missions and equities, as requested by the government

  • Provide support to build and maintain EMOE products, and provide advice to the joint electromagnetic spectrum operations cell director on operations opportunities and vulnerabilities within the electromagnetic spectrum.

  • Advise and assist with deconfliction and integration efforts of other combatant command EMOE threat estimates to produce USSTRATCOM's EMOE threat estimate.

  • Advise and assist with electromagnetic spectrum operations threat assessments and estimates.

  • Assess electromagnetic spectrum-related capabilities, shortfalls, dependencies.

  • TS/SCI clearance.

  • Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required

  • The status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption

  • Experience at a Combatant Command and/or Service-level headquarters.

  • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) unit experience and an understanding of electromagnetic spectrum operations.

  • Experience in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.

  • Weapons School Graduate (e.g., Air Force Weapons School Intelligence Sensor and Weapons Instructor Course or Intelligence Weapons Instructor Course) or comparable experience.
