Overview

This position contributes to the mission and vision of CHI Health by serving as the main local HR point of contact for all CHI Health employees. This role is also responsible for providing direct support to the Talent Acquisition Team by completing all pre-hire paperwork for new hires.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintains knowledge of HR process, procedures and systems in order to quickly and accurately respond to inquiries.

  2. Provide timely response for unemployment claims, I9 management and other regulatory bodies.

  3. Prepare personnel documents for scanning. Ensure that all required documentation is maintained in file in accordance with CHI Health policy. Scan all completed personnel documents.

  4. Process new hire paperwork from the Taleo recruitment platform and new hire on boarding tour.

  5. Obtain required new hire information to include primary sourcing education/licensure/credential information, reference checks, background checks, and child/adult abuse checks.

  6. Completes special projects as assigned by HR management.
