Aston Carter Patient Access Representative in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Description:

This position requires the COVID-19 Vaccination An Aston Carter client is looking to add 10 Patient Access Representatives to their team. Position will transition to work from home after 8-10 week training period with equipment provided. These candidates will start in the Centralized Patient Access call center handling pre-registration and scheduling with opportunity to grow into other roles as they gain experience. The position will involve inbound and outbound calls to patients who are receiving continuing care to schedule/confirm appointments, verify insurance and demographic data, and discuss patient financial obligations.
