We are looking for a Plant Commissioning Engineer for an immediate long term project need in the Canton, MA area!

The right candidates will have a passion for project engineering within construction and a "lab type" equipment management background. Our client is looking for a sharp engineer with a biotech background who has a full understanding of plant commissioning and equipment validation.

You don't need a ton of experience! Just 5 years, along with the passion and the drive to grow with an awesome organization!

Some of the tasks you will be performing will be developing non-critical commissioning protocols for equipment and everything else associated with the project.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

  • Develop non-critical protocols for commissioning each piece of equipment and utility related to project execution.

  • Verify and witness vendor start-ups as needed to ensure proper installation and functionality.

  • Execute non-critical commissioning protocols to ensure all equipment and utilities align with project specifications and standards.

  • Check and verify the ETOP (Equipment Turnover Package) documentation for each piece of equipment and utility specified in the project scope.

  • Maintain and update the punch list log using the Procore management system, ensuring all issues are tracked and addressed.

  • Provide weekly updates and reports on commissioning status to project leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and necessary corrective actions.
