DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Skylla Engineering is seeking a highly motivated, self driven, team player for an Electrical Engineer III position for the Information Dominance Integrated Product Team (IPT). The Engineer will provide design and integration support for various C4ISR projects. The duties include but are not limited to: - In-depth knowledge of electromagnetic spectrum surveillance systems, including a comprehensive understanding of signal processing, frequency analysis, and spectrum monitoring techniques. - Proficiency in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic warfare (EW) systems, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DOD) standards and regulations. - Knowledge of and adherence to DOD and industry-specific standards and regulations related to electromagnetic spectrum surveillance systems. - Experience in navigating the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with relevant security and interoperability requirements. - Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, fostering a team environment and ensuring successful cross-functional cooperation. - Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and propose novel solutions to complex engineering challenges. - Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully overcoming technical obstacles during system development and integration.
