Serco Help Desk Support II in Norfolk, Virginia
The Help Desk Support II position will provide support to end users on a variety of issues; be familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures; and perform a variety of complicated tasks.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
High School degree and 2-4 years
CompTIA A+CE or Network+CE or Security+CE
DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Knowledge of Navy or Marine Corps ammunition accounting
