Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Duties will include HRIS data maintenance in multiple systems, reporting, electronic file retention, I-9 compliance, and special projects as needed. 1-2 years experience required. Payroll exp preferred. Experience with Ultipro, and Kronos preferred. Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills, attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and be deadline driven.
Provides administrative support and responds to a variety of requests by telephone, e-mail, and in-person regarding benefits, salary, leaves and other matters as they arise.
Coordinates and performs administrative functions associated with recruiting and onboarding to include offer letters, Background Check analysis, systems processing, orientations, etc..
Send out new employee announcements in order to ensure that all new hire preparations are complete utilizing applicable checklist by start date including: office, computer, telephone, supplies, and building access.
Meet with new hires on the first day of hire (on site or remote) for HR orientation that should include tour (where applicable), introductions, policy overview, and other general information.
Provides benefit administration assistance.
Process HRIS data in relative systems for assigned areas to include job changes, pay changes, personal information, direct deposit, tax withholding, terminations, etc..
Maintain compliance with I-9 processes
Prepares and provides forms and other related materials to field offices.
Provide Customer Service to Customers, Employees, Vendors, Co-Workers, etc.
Assists in maintaining employee personnel files (electronic).
Performs other duties as necessary.
1-2 years’ experience in HR. Payroll experience preferred.
Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) is required.
Experience with Ultipro and Kronos preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills, attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and be deadline driven.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
